Return Policy
Did not fit or did you change your mind? Of course, we will exchange your purchase. We can refund or exchange your purchase for another item or issue a store credit for the value of your purchase.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will ask you to send the item to our physical store at this address: Crash, Torre Mirador Las Lomas, Apt 1A, Avenida Enrique Tierno Galvan, Lomas del Guijarro, Tegucigalpa, Honduras, 11101. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like items that have been professionally altered, personal care goods (such as beauty products) or lingerie. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, we will issue a store credit under your name to be used any time during the course of year.
Refunds
Refunds can be issued when a payment has been completed by using your credit card online or by a direct deposit to the bank. Purchases paid using BAC Compra Click are only eligible for store credit.
Shipping Policy
We package and ship your order as soon as possible. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.
Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and up to 24 hours to process. We do not ship packages holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Crash cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as political unrest, service interruptions, etc.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email or Whatsapp / SMS message.
Unless free shipping is offered on our website shipping fees will be applied on all orders. Shipping fees vary from carrier to carrier and destination. For local orders, we ship via Hugo, Globo or Pronto and will charge their ongoing fee. For national orders, we ship via Cargo Express, Rapido Cargo, Sosa or CM airlines (shipments to the Bay Islands) and will charge the company’s shipping fee.
Orders shipping to the USA will be sent via DHL Carrier.
We also offer curbside or in-store pickup at our store location in Torre Mirador Las Lomas.
